By using the SkyRoute Fares website or calling our travel specialists, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
SkyRoute Fares helps travelers compare airline fares and arrange flight bookings. Fare quotes are subject to availability and can change until a booking is confirmed. We are not an airline and do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party schedules or pricing beyond what is confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once you approve the itinerary and any applicable payment has been processed. Airline fare rules, including change and cancellation fees, are set by the airline and will be explained to you before you confirm a booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Refund and change eligibility depends on the fare rules of the airline used for your booking. Call (866) 227-5808 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a trip, and we will explain the options available to you.
Limitation of liability
SkyRoute Fares is not liable for delays, cancellations, or other events caused by airlines or third parties outside our control. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
